Banquet info

Steve would like to schedule at meeting for the banquet committee on Thursday March 22nd at 7:00. Please email him at SHO32160@aol.com if you have any questions or can not attend.

1. Site, Date, and Location 3-15-07 Steve Hickey
Determine event flow, auctioneers, and presenters for the event. Completion by 4/15/2007.
Clean up volunteers will be needed.
2. Decide on type of awards, and place the order Chris, and Kelly 4/1/2007
3. Decide on Fun certificates, produce a ballet, have the kids vote, print awards. 4/15/2007. Cheryl
4. Auction, get a blog out by 3/15/2007. Collect items, gat tickets, organize display tables at the banquet. Barb
5. Decide on Main food (Chicken, burgers, and dogs?). Purchase main items. Develop and send a blog for the dishes to pass. Blog should go out by 3/31, or sooner. Line up cooks, and grills as needed. Linda & Rich Rivera
6. Recreational Activities, Organize and have families bring balls, Frisbees, etc for the kids. Blog out by 4/15/2007
7. Secure decorations, and schedule a crew to help decorate the hall. Chris Snow, Barb Anzalone, and Chris Speer.
