Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas HAST families and Swimmers
Hope everyone is enjoying these few days off. For the ones that are conscious of their conditioning, you should be doing something physical just to maintain. This could be some dryland, playing outside, jogging.
We have done enough so I am sure you can build your own. Do all your favorite exercises just alternate, muscle groups, EG. ABS/Back, Shoulders/Legs.
Practice reminder -@ Hilton Pool over Christmas Break. Come dressed to swim.
Wednesday AM to Friday 6:00-8:00AM for Lane 3-Lane 8 swimmers.
Nights or PM - W,Thursday 5:30-7:30, Friday 5:00-700PM. Their will not be any dryland over break. Swimmers can do that at home on their own time.
So parents plan for them pickup.
