NO Practice - what, Hooligans you need to be active so do some dryland,
100 PUSH UPS,100Crunches,
100 Overhead Squats, 100 Sit ups,
5x1:00 Mountain Climbers, 10 Min. of stretching
You may break it up how ever you want, . Level 3 and 4 swimmers DOUBLE IT, Have a nice night.
