Monday 2/11/08 - No Practice
No practice tonight in Hilton - due to School Closings. Swimmers do some dryland, use parents excersice equipment, they love it when you do that. If you go out side to fish or play, please cover up, frost-bite will happen very quickly to any uncovered skin in these types of tempatures. CS
