Silver Championships -WOW
Excellent job swimmers. We have a mighty fun club, solid and well rounded swimmers. I love to see swimmers doing everything even if it is not their favorite stroke. HAST has a few new swimmers going to NI- CHAMPS. Cristy Engle, Karine Rose. Congradulations
Waiting on official results but we had many gold times 18+ this weekend. Now we have many swimmers that are just missing them illusive Gold Cuts. Hard work and determination will get you their. Nice job, enjoy todays downtime with no school. Hey lets do some dryland to stay fit.
Try to get Heart Rate up, Use your parents excersice equipment today. Bike, run, eat healthy, and rest. Enjoy the day of making up your own dryland workout. I am going Ice Fishing, with my kids. Their dryland workout will be my new power auger will be broken, and they will have to drill my holes by hand, I love fishing. CS
