Star Meet
Swimmers get excited, STAR meet is almost hear. The team goal for this meet is to have fun, but also remember a few important facts besides we are going to swim fast.
Remember that your are not only represetning yourself but HAST, your Parents and your Community. Along with haveing fun, we are going to be having alot of young swimmers traveling for the first time, so they will need help. ECC pool is a huge complex and parents will not be allowed on deck.
NOTE:
All I have been hearing for the last few weeks is "I can't wait to swim at STAR MEET" so to me that is swimmers telling me "I am going for it" all out no regretts and let se what happens. I am behind everyone, I like to see a swimmer experiment, it builds solid race techinique.
