Hilton Area Swim Team (HAST)

Just a reminder - the Hilton pool is closed the next 2 weeks. Coach Snow will be conducting dry land training sessions at Merton Williams 5:30 - 7:30 on the following days... Tuesday 6/17, Wednesday 6/18, Thursday, 6/19, Friday 6/20. The second week training will be held on Monday 6/23, Tuesday 6/24, Thursday 6/26, and Friday 6/27. NO training on Monday 6/16 or Wednesday 6/25! Wear sneakers and bring LOTs of water!

Unfortunately, the Sea Dragons cancelled the invitational scheduled for next weekend 6/13-6/15). Mark your calendars - HAST intends to swim a long course meet on 7/12/08 at an outdoor pool. More details to follow!
