Hilton Area Swim Team (HAST)

Coach Snow would like to have two meetings with the swimmers. The first meeting will be this Friday May 2nd from 6:30-7:30 and the second meeting will be next Friday May 9th from 6:30-7:30. Any questions please see Coach Snow.

There WILL be practice on Monday, April 21st. The Hilton schools are not in session BUT we will have pool time. Those swimming spring session should plan to be there 5:30 - 7:30! Remember spring session needs to be paid in advance. Bring your payment Monday night if you haven't paid yet. $100/ Spring or $150/Spring and Summer. Enjoy your one week break!

The calendar has been updated. There is no swim practice Friday April 11th, the week of April 14th, and Monday April 21st.

There is no practice at Merton Williams tonight (Friday 4/4/08). The pool is closed to HAST due to another school function.

Don't forget to bring an item to the banquet for our Chinese Auction. Items can be ANYTHING! They can be adult or child oriented , big ticket and small ticket items. We've seen everything from gift cards to beanie babies to laundry detergent to gift baskets filled w/ goodies to beach towels to gas grills! Anything goes! The way it works is.... All items will be displayed upon arrival to banquet. Raffle tickets will be sold (An arm length of tickets for $5). Next to each item will be a labeled container. You purchase tickets then place them in the containers near the items you are interested in. The more tickets you place in the container the better your chances of winning the item. It is a lot of fun!!!

Swim-a-thon went well last night. If you have a chance to collect your pledges by Sunday, Julie Wilson will be at the banquet to collect your envelopes. If you don't have all pledges collected by Sunday - be sure you get them to her by Thursday, 4/10/08.

There will be no swimming on Friday 4/11/08 or Monday 4/21/08. Hilton schools are closed.

We need a couple of gas grills to cook the meat at the banquet this weekend. I have one I plan to bring but we need at least two or three more (we have lots of people coming!) If you can bring your grill, please email me pwilso3@rochester.rr.com by Friday.

If you haven't signed up for the banquet yet, please do so. We need a final count by 7:30 Thursday evening. This is a family activity - everyone is welcome! Each family should plan to bring beverages, a dish to pass, and an item for our auction. The weather prediction is good and it will surely be a fun afternoon!
