Hi Everyone,
I just want to remind everyone that all HAST parents have full use of the fitness room during practice on Tuesday and Thursday. It is a great way for us to get to know each other a little better while getting in shape for the summer. I have really enjoyed meeting everyone who is participating. The more parents we have participate, the better chance we have of utilizing this next year and maybe even adding more days. So next time you drop your swimmer off, check out the fitness room.

I am not sure if anyone started a list for timers this Sunday morning at Senior JO's but I will be there and am more than willing to time for the first hour...any other takers?
